A TRAINING

• RTMS offers various types of training initiatives to address all matters and recommendations within the Industry, especially on the understanding and interpretation of the Road Traffic and Transport Act and its Regulations. The training department will focus on 4 core areas:

1. Certificate course training
2. Short courses training
3. Conferences and workshops
4. Consulting services

• The training programs are designed to cover both the general public (due to Law requirement) and the Government law officer (as refresher or law requirement).
• This training is mainly suitable to Law enforcement officers such as the Ministry of Defense, City Police, Namibia Police, Namibian Navy, and secretariats of the traffic departments in the operations of various Town Councils.

Management Services Consultancies

RTMS offers management services to the Industry on an advisory basis. Having acquired such vast knowledge and experience on road traffic related matters, various types of management services will be on offer to close the ever growing gap. It is a well-known fact that Namibia does not have enough skill full resources to address various topics in the field, and thus it relies heavily on foreign consultancy services. Management services could range from advice on how to manage a NaTIS office to how to implement road traffic related projects, for example. Offer services to corporate departments which will include Marketing, Finance & HR, and Admin support.

RTMS offers consultancy services to various Industry role players. This could be the NaTIS users such as fleet companies that may want to setup systems to monitor vehicle usage, annual licence fees payment processes, registration of vehicles process, vehicle testing processes, etc. Consultancy services to Government and Parastatals institutions will be provided, with the need to address various shortcomings within the road traffic field.
